      It wasn't great or bad, but overall was a fine company to work for.

      Pros

      Ability to learn a lot of different areas of the business. You really get to work on many different projects and jobs.

      Cons

      Once you are there, you are somewhat stuck. They are not a lot of opportunites to move up in the company.

      Pros

      The people. The work environment is very friendly and welcoming, and the people have been in the business for a very long time.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Stagnant work force that is aging. Lack of communication by management to employees. Distrust amongst employees and staff.

      A really good place to work

      Pros

      All the freedom in the world to make your own decisions. I challenge any trainee who wrote a negative review to find a company that gives them that level of freedom once they become a manager. Pay is very good if you're a good enough sales manager to generate profit sharing. I completed my management training in 1 year 8 months...not sure why it would take 2-1/2 to 3 years. Training program is very good and in fact one of the best in the industry, it does some time to complete but the rewards once it's completed are outstanding.

      Cons

      Sometimes having too much freedom can be challenging. You have to make decisions and live with the consequences not matter what they are. Reaching out and getting advice from Division and Regional Management can be challenging.
