      Pros

      I've worked with the company 15+ years so it's a solid company to work for. Good reputation and pricing for the customers.

      Cons

      They underpay on base pay and commissions for equal job/experience (compared to competitors) No annual review for cost of living increases Haven't seen a raise in 5+ years The current branch I work at is micromanaged by senior management No room for advancement once you hit a certain level Insurance package is expensive and has a very high deductible

      Pros

      The company has a very easy pace of work. I would recommend this to someone who is content with their career advancement and would like to coast. The workload is very manageable. Expectations are focused on uptime, with major infrastructure redundancies already in place. Benefits are good, and the profit-sharing is a nice perk that encourages retention. I would argue this is a good place to be to end your career and ride until retirement.

      -Minimal PTO - two weeks to start. -No HR, it can be hard to figure out the benefits -Career advancement doesn't really exist -Behind in terms of technology

      High expectations, low praise Very low transparency Poor communication culture from top down Lack of structure and support in the training program An arbitrary profit center assignment could result in a poor manager Low salary and profit sharing for the first 3 years 45-50 hours minimum expected
