      Pros

      The job is actually great. CED takes a vested interest in your growth and management treats you like an adult. Many opportunities to move up or over into different departments if you want to try different careers out.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average. Like, way below. Extremely hard to negotiate with. They pretty much tell you this is what you're getting, take it or leave it.
