      Pros

      Overall a very laid back and relaxed place to work. I guess pay would be considered Fair but not great. Flexible hours and generous vacation time. Profit sharing check once a year in March.

      Cons

      Starting base pay is basically minimum wage. In order to get a raise you have to fight tooth and nail. Standard practice to pay new employees more than veteran employees. New hire budget must be greater than retention but budget LOL. Constant push for you to look at your coworkers and Company as family until it doesn't benefit the company and then you're on your own to fight for the scraps.
