      Pay is fair for a job right out of college. Hours a consistent and the work/life balance is more than fair. 5 hours of overtime are offered but not mandatory.

      Cons

      Training could be much more fleshed out and attentive. You'll start dealing with pretty high stress work within 60. 80% of training is slideshow presentations from corporate.
