They do not micromanage. They offer annual bonuses.
Cons
The managers have too much control and no oversight. If you ki$$ your manager’s butt you can get whatever you want. To include a larger bonus. The division managers are too hands off if your location is profitable. There is no one to file a complaint and pay is way too low for California. Most of their policies are way too “hush hush.”
