      Pros

      Leader in the energy sector. Business is booming in current high demand of energy from tech companies. Good pay & benefit, flexible work schedule. Great communication from senior leadership. Focus on culture and respect.

      Cons

      Very large organization. Some departments have better culture than others. Change directions often. Have to go through many layers/bureaucracy to get things done, as with many companies this size.

      None that I can think of. Too much stress.

      Cons

      No work life balance. You work over 60 hours on the regular. Got hired on remote and now it’s 3 days a week. Management doesn’t know how to lead.
