      Pay is competitive. Benefits are flexible.

      Cons

      If you've shown that you are capable of doing your job, you'll be rewarded with other people's job as well. Expectations are the law of the land here. Even though we preach to abide by the management model, we set rules by expectations which change day by day.

      Pros

      Good camaraderie amongst team, always asking for feedback, updated onboarding process, flexibility of work from home

      Cons

      Not competitive enough as it pertains to pay in the market of its competitors, not enough support to balance stabilization within the organization, and although feedback is asked for, it seldomly feels like it's actually being regarded, so they would rather lose talent than fix the underlying issues with this particular role. In this role - it has the highest turnover rate % for a reason within the Sales Org.

      Cons

      Overemphasized diversity, and put it far above ability. Not a fair culture, all the management team is good friend of CEO.
