Pros

Work with some amazing dogs, If you are new to the industry, learn some new skills, Strong community

Cons

The regulations are constantly changing. The company doesn't care about you or your dog. If your dog is having problems, good luck getting help. They don't want you to do your job, just clear the cargo as quickly as possible, and don't let TSA catch you in an audit. The company is filled with a boys club. They will work you as hard as possible for as many hours as they can get away with. I was working 50-hour weeks, some overnight shifts that were over 15 hours. Only still only hired part-time. They threaten you with a contract, Claiming you'll have to pay $20,000 for their training costs. But their training leaves you very unprepared, and you are left alone at the warehouses. Many Handlers become afraid to leave because of their attachment to their dog.

Pros

Absolutely nothing good about this place

Cons

Do you want a company that only the executives that make 6 figures get bonuses and nobody else does? What about toxic work place where your manager bullies you because they're getting yelled at by the higher ups? How about being told you've been written up but you haven't been so it was just a scare tactic, not once but TWICE? There's always the perk of doing a good job at your job so you're given even more work with no help but higher expectations and told to work more hours despite not getting any OT! Benefits are mediocre if you work in the states, if you work overseas don't even try to go to the doctors your benefits suck. Want on time benefit funding? Too bad! They only have 3 people in benefits for a million employees so you do the math on wait times.... and they wonder why people are jumping ship? Look at your managers. 1000/10 would recommend if you want to lose weight/hair/mental stability from stress, lack of sleep and depression!

Pros

Apart from a relatively short commute to work, competitive salary, Constellis has no appreciable pros worth comment.

Cons

NO 401(k), opaque management decision-making process with results rivaling only the Three Stooges in comic relief. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog I didnt' like
