The atmosphere at Constellis is changing with the new upper management in place. Employeees are friendly and the feeling of being a part of something is on the uprise. Across the board the company promotes that our customers / clients are very important to us and that's why we need to always make sure we are providing them with everything that we said we would when they selected us. The salaries are coming in-line with industry standard, but their are some that are still way behind to industry standard.

Cons

There are still employees that are not 100% committed and are only looking for a paycheck. There are some very weak leaders in positions that they shouldn't be in and making Constellis a better place to work should be their focus. A recent high-level promotion had many heads shaking in 2 locations and not understanding it at all.

food is decently priced and right on campus- get it on your resume and leave as soon as you can find something better.

Cons

they are trying to make as many as possible casual pay you $12.00 an hour and call you when they want for you to wok- no benefit plan- no job security- everyone is scared they will lose their job from top level down- they promise opportunities that will never happen- very unprofessional in Moyock- everyone cusses like a sailor
