The instructors are overworked and underpaid. Plain and simple. The Upper Marlboro facility needs to be torn down and moved elsewhere. Between the school traffic and the building that is literally falling apart, I dont think DRONES should be the concern of a company who can’t keep a solid team of employees.

Constellis Security is a company that seems to prioritize profits over the well-being of its employees. Despite the demanding nature of the job, the security officers are paid a meager wage that is barely enough to make ends meet. It is unacceptable that these hardworking individuals are not even earning a living wage, and it is a testament to the company's lack of respect for their workforce. Furthermore, it is clear that the company's management does not value their employees enough to offer regular raises. It is no wonder that there is a high turnover rate among their security officers, leaving them severely understaffed and struggling to provide adequate coverage for their clients. The lack of staffing has also led to an unhealthy work-life balance, as employees are expected to work long hours and often cannot take time off.
