You get a paycheck and benefits

Cons

Toxic, ex military cry babies with no ethics or business skills. Blood sucking the US citizens taxes with well known elite standing by for hand outs. Constellis is a revolving door, you'll be lucky to last 6 months. Dont walk, run and dont look back.

Pros

Lot of young people work there but will no ot stay due to old management and ideals.

Cons

Poor to no work from home policy. Middle to upper management has the authority to threaten the employment of their stuff making work that much more stressful. If you are not willing to brow nose there is no way of excelling within the departments.

Pros

The facility in North Carolina has ranges you can use on your off time and the pro shop lets employees buy items at a discount. Lots of nature and you can eat at the chow hall for a decent price.

Cons

The company wins contracts because they bid so low that when they win a contract they can’t find quality people to staff the contract. The pay for employees in NC vs the Reston VA office is majorly different even though you do the same work. The reasoning by management is cost of living etc. The company squeezes every penny they can. Constellis rides the back of the old prestige they had in their hay day.
