Top notch management that cares about their employees and treats them with respect. Lots of fun perks like birthday cupcakes and cards, free coffee, fun activities, fitness reimbursement, free parking, relaxed atmosphere, great co-workers, and more! There are many opportunities for growth in the company. Each employee has a career plan on file that helps team members make lateral and or vertical moves within the company. The mission that drives this company is amazing, and it unites everyone to work together as a team to provide the best services to the construction industry.

Cons

None, only that it is hard not to eat sweets daily, as there is always something yummy in the one of the four kitchens to snack on!

*ConstructConnect is the outcome of multiple smaller companies within the pre-construction space. As the company transitions into a unified company, there have been some growing pains, which are to be expected… hopefully they get all the kinks worked out.
