Pros

Very lax environment, casual dress code, good extracurricular opportunities, fun environment, nice office, central location, got along with coworkers well.

Cons

Work is completely task based, no thinking required, completely micromanaged, reprimanded for clocking in 5-10 minutes late, management discourages doing company based activities outside of actual work, too focused on “best place to work” title and don’t actually care about employees, was given the impression that I was making the max amount of money I could with a college degree even though I left for a job making a considerable amount more.

Year round early Friday release.

Cons

There are many since the "merge" with iSqFt. Best place to work and people first? More like worst place to work and people last, unless you are from iSqFt in Ohio. The Ohio office, HQ, is full of self righteous individuals with little knowledge. They are dishonest and interested in themselves and their way only. Feels more like an acquisition than a merging of companies. Individualism is frowned upon. Rampant micromanagement from the top.

Cons

Toxic work environment. New CEO seems remote, vindictive and very woke. Ditto for HR. Small company environments need to focus on business, not on woke initiatives. Not enough sales engagement tools and weak lead generation. I think Roper is grooming the CEO for something else.
