There is so much opportunity at this company to come in and make a difference! The company is growing by leaps and bounds which give individuals the opportunity to prove themselves and advance their careers - both through hands-on experience and knowledge as well as title advancement! And it's not just about the profit! Yes, of course we want to hit our numbers and be profitable, but that is not our North Star. We truly strive to help our customers be more successful - and we have fun doing it!

Cons

Starting in 2014, 8 companies have merged to create what we know today as ConstructConnect. That is a LOT of change and it takes a LOT of effort to create a unified culture and the feeling of being part of 1 company instead of 8.

*ConstructConnect is the outcome of multiple smaller companies within the pre-construction space. As the company transitions into a unified company, there have been some growing pains, which are to be expected… hopefully they get all the kinks worked out.
