      Pros

      - Laid back environment for the most part - Very friendly people - Solid benefits & PTO - Great management who listens to your vision - Great product!

      Cons

      Construct Connect is growing quickly and with that comes growing pains and changing processes but management is quick to understand and ease the growing pains as much as possible - while things are constantly evolving ultimately growth is a good thing

      Pros

      Not much. My co-workers are fun to work with, and the company attempts to do events like birthday parties and holiday potlucks. But no one participates because moral is so low.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is terrible. Employee moral is very low and people are planning to leave. No opportunity for career advancement. Managers are disrespectful, short-sighted and apathetic to employees. But if you're treated nicer you're their favorite. Sales teams still compete with each other for the same falling amount of leads- it's a survival of the fittest environment. As people leave, other employees are asked to take on the other person's role. You can have 1 person doing the job of 3, and not paid more.

      Family-style corporate culture where employees work for decades, a people first management commitment from leadership, resources that show that people first is more than just a catchy slogan, working in an industry where there is a ton of white space amid developing market space to attain, a relaxed office atmosphere, collaborative and supportive colleagues, and competitive benefits.

      Cons

      On-boarding training and support run thin at satellite offices due to understaffing. Lack of a guided process for sales staff to follow benchmarks to track their progress.
