      Pros

      For as large of a company that this is, ConstructConnect really cares for its employees, its customers, and the communities it serves. Company culture is great, lots of fun events planned throughout the year, generous benefits, cool co-workers...overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Merging four (once competing) companies into one can be a struggling regarding culture and we are still working through that. However, management has done a great job of creating one company with one mission.

      Pros

      At iSqFt its good pay, cool people, and good location. There new building is nice and clean. Compared to other employee's it defiantly more uptight though.

      Haven't been here that long but not much bad things to say.
