      Pros

      Very family - oriented company. Lots and lots of perks, company events, popcorn/ice-cream days, parties and employee - friendly activities. Over all, great place to work and they are constantly working on it.

      Cons

      Management on the other hand, does not communicate with their employees very well and then expects you to do untold. Keeps adding workload not specified in work description when hired. Management makes their favorites.

      some really great people working for the company, some middle management are good, benefits are decent

      Cons

      No real room for advancement, senior management and CEO come across as arrogant and patronizing, quality of product has gone downhill since the companies merged, some departments are treated in an overall better way than others, lots of animosity between members of the four original companies, low morale
