Washed-up management that watches every single thing you do. Nice people to chat with but don't expect to make a best friend. They're only focused on your daily goals. Meetings are pretty pointless. No company events that will have you leave your desk. So many questions, very little answers. Self-centered CEO. Management shows everyone's quota for the day, if you don't hit your numbers, or if it looks like you "cheated" your numbers, your peers will judge you. Don't expect a "promotion". You have to hit bonus for a year in order to work from home. You can hit your bonus goals for 2 years but they still don't want you to work from home. They won't allow you to work from home if you have an attitude voice your opinion, or stand up for yourself.

Very cutthroat environment with politics and favoritism embedded in management. Company is growing so fast, entry level positions are so saturated its difficult to move up. All stems back to CEO over promising under delivering performance to Roper when they bought the company a few years ago, and its a butterfly effect trickling down from management, to sales, to BDRs. If you don't hit a specific goal then you're out. Environment is very stressful and micromanaged. Very unfortunate where this company is going, great product and great people that work here, just not the company I want to put my efforts in when there is no room to advance.
