Pay and benefits. I loved working remotely as well.

Cons

They are big on micromanagement and putting employees down. It took management over a year to fill a key role on our team. Dumping all duties and pressure on others. They constantly change things like pay (commission structure) and the software they use. The management was absolutely horrible to work under. I left a 100k plus a year job because of extremely poor management and toxic environment. As an employee you are just another number and not valued. Also was super sad watching employees get laid off all the time.
