      Pros

      The company takes onboarding seriously, and repeatedly communicates core values and emphasis on company culture. Even past onboarding, the People & Culture team has a robust schedule trainings for success plans, new managers, etc. The corporate structure is very flat, and everyone is very accessible. I've never been at a company that so clearly states their main goals and objectives, and this makes it clear that everyone in every department is rowing in the same direction.

      It's too early at this point for me to have many negative things to say.

      Pros

      The work is remote and you can work from home.

      Cons

      Do not work here. Pay is very low and there are no raises. Company is understaffed and you will do too much work for your job. Management is also a mess. I personally saw a handful of people get fired. Run far far away.
