      Friendly workers, nice office, decent benefits

      Cons

      Managers hit or miss. Had one great one and one who a real stickler and not flexible or understanding. Pay was not good

      It is nice to hear you are working with a great group of people. We are very proud of the culture we have built at ConstructConnect. It's regrettable you haven't always connected with your manager. Investing in our managers is a priority and one we hold ourselves accountable to. We do a Gallup Survey twice yearly to understand our employees’ experiences and use the survey outcomes to build plans that support an engaged culture. The Content team has earned the honor of promoting the most employees into other roles across the business. We are also beginning Success Planning for this year. Please contact your manager to schedule a time to meet with them.

      Pros

      Great Take-Off and Estimating software - PlanSwift. Customers love it as it is a huge time saver, creates accuracy, and easy to use. It is a great value for the price as well. ConsructConnect has other out construction products and are leaders in the industry.

      Cons

      ConstructConnect owns several products that are self competitive and Executive Leadership lacks direction. They are slow to make changes and have lost valuable employee resources.
