The team and company culture have been excellent. I’ve felt supported in my role since day one, both by my own team and those I work alongside with.

ConstructConnect has proven to follow their word on allowing the team members to focus on a good balance between their personal life and also work. The managers are incredibly understanding when something in our personal lives happen and they are always willing to help in the best way they can whether it is giving us time to focus on whatever is needed and even giving us resources that could potentially help us. My job duties are well defined and I always have felt like I have at least 1 person I can reach out to if I need additional assistance with my project/duty and my coworkers are always willing to help. The open communication is something that I have never had before in my past employers and I am very grateful for that in this company. I also want to mention that I have been taught so much since I have worked here for 2 years and they prove that they care for me to reach my career goals by giving me that opportunity to learn. Also, the inclusion and diversity has only been improving and that feels amazing from the perspective from a person of color.
