      Remote. Cannot think of anything else.

      Cons

      0 flexibility. You are constantly micromanaged. You are overworked and they expect you to work off the clock. Being in calls all day with customers is exhausting. Pay is well below average for all the work you do.

      Since multiple mergers, direction is missing along with focus. Goals are exaggerated and salaries were slashed.
