Dying Company Bringing Down Everyone Who Works There with Them

Lack of Clarity, Belittling Behavior by Managers, , Pointing Fingers Culture, No Clear Goals, Pointless Meetings, Incompetent Upper Management And those are just a few of the things I experienced in my time there. The culture at this place is truly the worst I have ever experienced in my entire career, and I have experienced some rough work cultures. I saw co-workers chronically overwork themselves to stress-induced illness and then go on to be yelled at in an all-hands call about how they aren't doing enough for the team. In front of all their peers. Crying on calls wasn't unusual. Management takes absolutely zero accountability for their teams and doesn't deliver clear expectations, timelines, or deliverables. You're left feeling isolated and utterly confused as to what exactly it is that's needed from you in your role. If you decide to work here, prepare to be gaslit to the extreme and experience the biggest bait and switch of all time once the company's hiring process mask is lifted.

- managers never leave you alone - constantly being harassed about numbers - incompetent leaders - high turnover

Cons

- if you’re struggling they’ll at least partner to care Please don’t believe these 5 starts reviews lol they’re probably giving out $25 Amazon gift cards for them (which is insulting for an employees fake input)
