- I have been working for the company for over 10 years, and it has been great to see the company grow. It is a much different company for the better than when I started. - Communication from management is consistent, transparent, and encouraging. - Remote work environment but still a lot of fun digital gatherings. The Content team has a fun quarterly celebration to recognize accomplishments and milestones combined with games and sometimes a DoorDash voucher. - People First Culture, and an inclusive environment that offers many opportunities to get support when needed. - Our flexible schedule in Content allows a team member to get your hours in earlier in the week to leave early on a Friday. - Managers care and really seem to listen. They seem to care about my professional and personal development. A lot of my colleagues have been promoted within the Content team and to other groups at ConstructConnect. - Production environment, bonus, and standing are based on performance. There are a lot of opportunities to get additional training and management is supportive in helping you achieve those goals. Team members are always willing to mentor and shadow one another.

ConstructConnect is focused on growing in many dimensions - the top line, the bottom line, our team member's careers, and our customer's success. It is an excellent place for those who want to dig in and make a difference on both a micro and macro level. We consistently measure team engagement through industry standard tools (Gallup 12) and have steadily improved over a period of several years. There's more work to be done but team members are active and energized about the improvement that is happening at all levels of the organization.
