People First and They Actually Mean It

Pros

The company is focused on building best of class products. We use multiple technologies (right tool for the right situation) and encourage folks to think outside the box for any future ideas. They realize building the best products means taking care of their people. It truly is a People First company that gives folks the tools and support they need to build out best in class products.

Cons

Some processes are currently being tweaked for the better. It is always a bumpy ride while wrinkles are smoothed out but the end target is an exceptional goal we should absolutely shoot for.

- Company is growing so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist, but there are a lot of great outlook with career and professional development - The company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth - The company understands work-life balance and is intentional in keeping it quite balanced - Our customers are top brand names in the industry and have been incredible over the years. Our new outlook (including internal changes) towards the business is making sure we provide the best to our customers, while making sure our team members operate in an impediment-free environment where they are allowed to thrive.

Cons

A perfect company does not exist, so as we grow we will continue to fine-tune those rough spots. One of those is establishing well-oiled governance processes and procedures in doing business that provides a conducive environment for everyone. It is a work in progress and I do believe there are a few opportunities for us to do better.
