Pros

Very family - oriented company. Lots and lots of perks, company events, popcorn/ice-cream days, parties and employee - friendly activities. Over all, great place to work and they are constantly working on it.

Cons

Management on the other hand, does not communicate with their employees very well and then expects you to do untold. Keeps adding workload not specified in work description when hired. Management makes their favorites.

Pros

The team atmosphere makes this a great place to come to work each day. Management has seen great improvement through the course of a merger, and the future is looking really nice!

Cons

Given the nature of the construction industry, there are seasons where the work load dips and days can be a bit more boring, but they always come back around to full and exciting.
