The culture at ConstructConnect is like none other I've experienced. People First is a value that isn't just listed but lived. We respect and care about each other and are always willing to help each other. Because it's a team-focused and not an individual-focused culture.

Cons

There is a fair amount of change, but the change is headed in the right direction. If you aren't able to adjust to change this isn't the place for you.
