Pros

Builds products and services that incorporate many of the latest technologies. Many efforts are being made to incorporate AI into its products. Provides numerous opportunities to learn and grow. These include weekly "library hours", quarterly innovation sprints, and occasional temporary residencies for exploring new ideas, skills, and technologies.

Cons

Currently experiencing growing pains as Product Development is working to get all management, product owners, and engineers on the same page around best practices for managing software projects.

Getting better after many years

Pros

Smart and friendly work staff. Benefits are above average but pay is lower than other firms. Library hours when you can use them is nice to focus on work. I think the changes are good idea.

Cons

Too many meetings.in mornings with offshore and testing releases after hours., no teams have good scrum project management Tech isn’t modern or standard. Hope that will change Outsourcing so much was bad every manager needs status meeting for project management so no time with teams
