      - Hire nearly anyone - Good starting pay and benefits offered - Lax dress code

      Cons

      - Elitism among senior supervisors/HR/non-general employee positions, STRONG "Us Vs. Them" culture - Training is poor, performance standards stressfully high - Tools provided to assist customers are poorly lacking - Many women have reported a senior supervisor for being directly aggressive towards them, HR not only ignores this but also refuses to let them switch teams, instead pressures them to quit. They will offer you no help, and instead protect "their own." They are NOT there to help employees. - HR is so poorly managed, mid level supervisors quietly advise employees NOT to report issues

      Just can't think of any.

      I worked at this company for 3.5 years. Initially this was a wonderful company, great working environment and true values that everyone lived by successfully. All of the managers and supervisors were ex-T-Mobile and quickly turned the environment into a cruel, uncaring place just like T-Mobile. They seem to thrive on firing people for whatever reason they make up. They are ruthless and the place is a true revolving door. The worst I've seen. The supervisors evidently can do no wrong although I was reprimanded for following my supervisors instruction. She obviously knew NOTHING about the actual job. The supervisor are mean and don't follow the policies. Even if you decide to bring these issues forward, they will ignore you and make sure you are quickly taken out of the company to not cause waives.

      I'm not sure, what this company is doing. I've never work for a place, that treated their employees so horrible. They just don't care. It could be great....but NOT with the current conditions. Turn over is VERY high. Do the owners care why? Nope. The attendance policy, is horrible. Its so strengent, you get written up quickly. Believe what everyone one else is saying. Work here, while you look for something else. Supervisors, Tech Lead alllllll quit..... It could be a better place, with NEW owners.... Maybe, there IS a method to their horrible treatment of their employees......?
