Management is not the greatest, supervisors do not know what they are doing, never on the same page as each other which is contradicting. Favoritism when it comes to getting extra help and any chance of promoting within. Will almost go out of there way not to help you and leave you stranded during difficult situations with customers on the phone.

They treat there employees like inmates and run there call center's like prisons. I was fired for having a family emergency. My supervisor told me if I was worthy of saving they would let me know. The next day I was not offered an opportunity to say anything just walked to the front of the building taken to a small room and was told they would let me know ....oh did I forget to mention this was after my supervisor told me she could be a B...h. I was also told I was not meeting my numbers after three weeks out of training and still was in my first 90 days.
