      Pros

      100% employer paid benefits for employee after 90 days, promotes a positive culture of doing the right thing. Decent pay and overtime always seems to be available. Team supervisors who are supportive and generally seems to care.

      Cons

      Metrics, High turnover, Limited growth potential. The straw that broke the camels back for me is when a Lead instructed me to lie to a customer rather than correct the issue, then degraded me while verifying that what I heard was correct. Started looking for other employment immediately.u

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits. Great hours.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about your job performance as far as promotions. Its all about who you know, rather than what you know with this company. They would rather put someone in a position that cannot read or write well because of who you know, rather than put someone in the position who has experience and does a great job at it.

      It's a job, and you get paid.

      Cons

      Since being taken over, they are asking a lot more of their employees which would be fine if we were also paid to work more. After making that request, not only did they not offer incentives for working harder they took away our already existing bonus incentive for sales.
