Pros

Honestly nothing good comes from this company.

Cons

Pay, managers, training, hr, TSS's Training is horrendous. The only reason they place reviews is to make the company look better after all of the one star reviews. Do not give this company the opportunity to ruin you mental health. The company has one department that's does everything. Troubleshooting can take hours with a customer while not getting help from anyone. The managers are incompetent and mean. The trainers use scare tactics and don't try to go to HR about the harassment and hostile work environment they will make it worse. Run for your life and dont give these ppl the time of day!! Ppl are not lying about the reviews they are true!!

Lacks leadership

Pros

Consumer was built on people and technology, and those bones still exist. The people who were there when it was a scrappy company still want to solve problems and collaborate.

Cons

Leadership is disorganized and ineffective at best. Employees are demotivated and disempowered. Different departments have no awareness of each other's goals and often work at odds with each other.

Dysfunctional Executive Management

Pros

There is a good bonus program and really good people.

Cons

The executive team has ZERO strategic planning because they have created a culture of focusing on short-term bonus metrics. Every action is reactive instead of proactive. Major project priorities change frequently (about monthly) and all development teams are forced to change focus accordingly and are given very short timelines to adjust and deliver. The executive team behaves as if they are a small nimble company, but they aren't. And chaos reigns every time priorities shift. There is never any consideration given to the COST of making such changes (switching costs, lost benefit from delaying projects as focus changes, churn and stress placed upon development teams) as they only look at the benefit (short-term metrics).
