      Pros

      Consumer Cellular is growing very quickly, so there is a ton of opportunity to grow with the company and many people get promoted frequently. Also, the benefits are great, lots of paid time off, holidays, and no cost for medical/dental/vision! Consumer Cellular's care for people is evident in the fact that there are many community volunteer opportunities, lots of donations made to local charities, and frequent bonsuses are given to employees. This is the best job I've ever had.

      Pros

      Diverse atmosphere. a lot of promotion opportunities. The owners make decisions to benefit employees first and the business second. You truly feel valued and not like a number. Our owners try to create a family environment and treat you as an equal and less like an employee.

      Cons

      Higher positions don't have as many opportunities to make additional money outside of their base pay. Communication can be lacking at times which results in confusion.
