Consumer Cellular is the best company I have ever worked for. I have never seen any management care as much for their employees as Consumer Cellular Management does. Not only do they listen to employees' suggestions, but they also implement them in practice. Company also offers great benefits, such as PTO, 100% paid health benefits for the employees, 401K. Not to mention that there are employee appreciation events almost every month. Consumer Cellular is also dedicated to giving back to our communities and encouraging employees’ involvement. The culture is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Opportunities for advancement are huge! We'd love to have more people join our team!

Cons

Some employees dislike the attendance policy. As with every company it is important to come to work and help the customers. I am sure you will agree that no one likes long hold times.

Consumer Cellular is a great company to work for as they promote within their own company, which is great for development and growth of an individual skills. When coming into work everyday you are greeted by many smiling faces. The building has a consistent cleaning crew that sanitize the throughout the entire day. The leadership team is very high energy and seeks to create a positive, fun and welcoming environment for all.

There are no cons when I compare consumer cellular to other companies I have worked for.
