Pros

The envoirment is welcoming in PHX3, the people are amazing. The new layout is nice.

Cons

The training is kind of quick compared to other call centers, I feel if you take a little more time to train agents they will not leave so quickly. I overhead a lot of people who quit talking about how they felt they did not know anything. The training schedule is pretty strict, two 10 minutes or one 4 hour occurence in 7 weeks.
