Pros

Flexible hours, good pay rate, free health insurance and room to grow within the company

Cons

Not enough employees in the morning shifts customer will complain about the hold time it takes 25-45 mins to get to a rep.

Pros

It's sales and troubleshooting. It's the least pressured sales job I have ever had. It's not cold calls. People are calling you because they heard about it wether it would be from a commercial or aarp magazine. It's general troubleshooting for older or technology challenged individauls. If you love helping your grandpa or your grandma setting up or fixing their phones then this might be your alley. They really take time to train you and want you to be as knowledgeable as possible with the products offered by Consumer Cellular.

Wish we could skip breaks to leave earlier.

Pros

Good pay. Great work atmosphere . Room for growth. I've worked for a lot of different call centers in the valley and Consumer Cellular is somewhere where you can have a career.

Cons

Sometimes dealing with elderly people can be rough but overall there way more positive experiences than negative.
