      Pros

      Owners are present, and are very caring and nice. They have food gatherings for all employees for holidays or occasions. They even gave cash bonuses for Christmas! Great training! Pay is great, as well as benefits. Health care, 401K, all a plus! Schedules are good.

      Cons

      Shift bids can leave you under. Seniority of course gets 1st pick.

      Pros

      Great Benefits and pay with many chances for bonuses if you have no other life this is the perfect place for you!

      Cons

      WAY TOO strict with attendance! If you're one minute you receive and occurrence no matter what the reason is! Only 15min breaks and 30 minute lunch...You can't miss for 30 days or you're fired! You have to schedule your "bathroom breaks"

      Pros

      Flexible hours to promote a life outside of work. Great management with a clear direction in mind. Supervisors/managers actually care about the employees. Benefits INCLUDE college assistance and giving back to the community!

      Cons

      Pay for certain departments slightly lower than regional average. Workload for pay is certainly slightly higher than you would expect. expansion to certain departments would clearly fix this issue.
