Poor compensation, empty promises of advancement, awful senior and call center management, they couldn’t manage their way out of a cardboard box let alone a team of people effectively. They are so disconnected from reality and what the workers think and feel it is disgusting. They literally view anyone with outside experience and an opinion as competition and will hold you back as to not show them up because they do not want to expose the fact they aren’t worth the skin they walk around in. They will say one thing then do another. Not one of them as much as has a bachelors degree, but they seem to think they know all there is to know about management and effective leadership, and they have no idea how to take feedback. They view it as a challenge and it is NOT WELCOME! I promise you that.
