Pros

They offer great benefits but exchange their the same as you would purchase them.

Cons

* The entire company is ran by micro-management and their main motive is "hire and promote within". Thus creating an enviroment of "no growth" and favortism. They lack the emphasis of aquiring the appropiate employees of skillset and focus more amongst their employees high turn over rates, voiced sales, and marketing themselves on TV. Within my eyes it's an investment which they simply cannot afford for their offices. * Their level of training in sales and marketing is relevant of what you would obtain in a Retail Store entry level job. Thereotically they lack the skillsets of training to their employees due to the statistics of their clients age (50+). Which is negligently why they have more cancelations of clientele than sign ups of their prospects. It's important to educate the elderly. But it's also important to section the diversity of your clients. Since the majority of their clientes are assisted by their angry children trying to help them. * Their is no flux between departments or tiers of technicians, sales, that or organization. You're a muti-tasker expected to make sales and collections and provide emphasis of voice, not everything else. If you were ever traineed or come from a company which wasn't this way. Leave you're experience at the door. The level of technical support we can provide for customers is as relevant as to what you can provide for the options of cellular towers. Since Consumer Cellular contracts towers through T-Mobile and ATT&T. It's relevant to say they should provide other departments for specific purposes besides Billing, and Sales. Anything beyond a Document Database of the company is quite minuscule if the majority it's being later requested be handled by a Supervisor. It's a great learning experience for new workers of technical fields that or sales but there is no growth for bonuses.

Pros

It's easy to get this job. They'll hire almost anyone...and fast.

Cons

Very poor training. Did not include things as basic as logging into phone or transferring a call. Did not honor agreement to permit a day off (w/o pay) made prior to employement. Employees are generally treated with the rigidity in disrespect shown to prison inmates. Conditions are accepted because so many are accustomed to such treatment.

Pros

Starting pay was fair. Interview and training was easy.

Cons

Attendance policy unforgiving. It's your typical call center. You are stats. Nothing more. I won't work for a place like that so I quit. I can and did do better. I'm sure it look them awhile to replace somebody of my caliber.
