Pros

The pros are the company is a great company and the owners truly care about their employees. The owners do a lot for their employees and try very hard to show their appreciation. The owners try hard to get to know each and every employee they can and their appreciation for their workforce really shows.

Cons

Favoritism is definitely a huge part of the atmosphere here. Job security is minimal at best. There are a lot of people who make this job great, and there are some who make it unbearable to be there. not every building is run the same and it gives a feeling of unfairness. Supervisors and representatives don't last long. there is a huge revolving door issue here which is based solely on management. when I first started I was very happy to be there, but the job felt like prison after a time.

Pros

the benefits are all paid for by the company, pay is good

Cons

Lied to about making sales, managers pick favorites, metrics are ridiculous, everything is black and white. When i started they rushed through training because they did a mass hire which meant another group was hired right after my group making our 4 weeks of training 2 weeks. Instantly we were told "sales arent required but if you dont tell them the promotions you will get written up". They tell you that if a customer wants to cancel to try everything to get them to stay even if that person calling is a family member of the account holder who just recently passed. Example, a woman called to cancel her mothers account and i HAD to try to make her keep her dead mothers account making it extremely awkward. This woman is clearly still grieving but im suppose to ask her "hey do you wanna maybe keep this acc in your name?" or "why dont you buy a phone and add yourself to the account". You'd think you could get away with not trying to convince them but twice a month two of your calls are randomly selected by your sup to be listened to and if they don't hear you trying to stop them you get in trouble.

Pros

The pay and the three friends I made while in training

Cons

If your a human with emotions don't work here. You will get fired because you talk about your weekend with your coworker you became friends with. If you get sick say goodbye to the badge they gave you cause thats not allowed. You forget one thing on a call or make a mistake on the call your fired. If you have medical things that have been planed a while back they will make you reschedule them. If you have a mental or physical disability don't work here they don't care. They say that they care about there employees but they really don’t. So If you are okay with high call volume, don't have emotions, and are okay with not having friends. Then this is the job for you.
