Pros

Great customer service, friendly employees

Cons

Stats are hard to achieve as most of it is based off average calls per hour and sales, a good majority of calls are troubleshooting phones for elderly people and having to explain how to use it which takes time so keeping CPH high is rough, sales calls are the best way to get new customers but they are few and far between so the expectation is to get sales on existing accounts which most customers are elderly and alone so they are not looking to have a second active line on their account and often get annoyed when asked

After 32 hours the time is overtime.. oh wait they changed that

The companies standards are horrible. If you don’t meet you’re metrics you're up a creek. One of those metrics being VOC voice of the customer. 8.1 voc so say you have angry customers who you helped and there was nothing you could do like send them a free phone, pay there bill, ANYTHINHG that is beyond you’re control they give a bad survey you pay for it no bonus, which now is even harder to reach. You may have those few understanding and adult acting customers but I’ve never been so disrespected by so many customers in my life. All the cons and changing pay structure and metrics make it depressing to go into work.

Very strict attendance (not just in training) Poor communication with management Quick training No manager is consistent with call scoring rules. Most managers are not on the same page with rules for their teams. Monthly scores are weird Calls are back to back all shift
