Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback—we truly appreciate it. We’re glad to hear that you have benefited from the flexibility and remote work environment. Creating a workplace that supports our employees’ needs is important to us, and it’s great to see that reflected in your experience. We also take your feedback about follow-through and support very seriously. Ensuring our leaders are consistently engaged, providing clear direction, and helping team members meet their goals is a priority. We know that when communication or follow-up falls short, it can have a real impact, and that’s not the experience we want for our employees. Your insight is valuable and helps us continue to improve how we support our teams and develop our leaders. Thank you again for sharing your perspective, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for sharing your experience and especially for your 5 years with Consumer Cellular. That kind of tenure speaks volumes, and we truly appreciate the time, commitment, and care you’ve brought to the team. We’re glad to hear you describe the culture as feeling like family. Supporting one another and showing up when it matters most is something we value deeply. You’re also absolutely right that roles like Porting Specialist require a high level of customer engagement and strong communication skills. Success in these roles depends heavily on the ability to connect with customers, solve problems, and create a positive experience and we know that can be both rewarding and challenging. We appreciate your honest feedback around transparency as well. Clear communication and trust are critical, and feedback like yours helps us continue improving. Thank you again for being part of the Consumer Cellular family.
