Pros

Breathing as long as you don't upset your boss.

Cons

Getting choked by someone who is suppose to be your leader. Racism in the workplace specifically against native Americans (god the manager teaching the class was like proud of being racist and made it a point to let native Americans in our group to know he doesn't like native americans, called Cherokee savages)
