      Pros

      Good benefits. Perks for employees who have been there the longest.

      Cons

      They sell the dream of moving up in the company but the metrics are beyond reach on an average day due to long winded elderly callers. Those who are in management advanced during a period of growth in the company that is long gone and though they say they promote from within there are currently listing jobs for management for people who are outside the company. Management can also be very condescending.

      Going home at the end of the day.

      Consumer Cellular was the most disorganized, unprofessional and emotionally draining company I've ever had the displeasure of working for. Every supervisor and HR personnel I encountered acted like a snowflake over the stupidest things. I was written up for things out of my control (customer surveys, being sent home because someone in the office caught COVID, etc.), and it was only when I quit did anyone act like my thoughts mattered.

      the facility is nice very LGBTQ+ friendly workplace decent pay lots of room to move up in the company Great core values

      Cons

      they need to departmentalize more. They expect one agent to do the work of at least 4 departments, this gives a lot of room for error and gets very mentally draining for employees.
