      Pros

      Profit sharing, 401k, medical. In terms of pay and benefits one of the better call centers in Portland.

      Cons

      As an employee of two years I was expected to do collections, sales, and technical support and deliver the same stats I did when I was strictly doing sales. You can't maintain high quality and shotgun your calls through the queue.

      Pros

      Great pay, room for advancement, great benefits. Also working close to the owners who are very down to earth, great people. I have workied for much larger companies that if they could spit on you and get away with it they would but not here. I have worked there for four years now and have been appriciated the whole way. Consumer Cellular has given me many opportunities to grow and advance. I earned promotions along the way based on attitude, work ethic and commitment. Its not a game of favorites here. If you have a good attitude and work hard you are rewarded for it. We hit 1,000,000 customers and the owner was clear that it is his people that work with our customers everyday that got us to this goal.

      Cons

      Computer systems at times can be frustrating but most people can keep doing thier jobs and work around any speed bumps. It's getting better with recent advancments.
