Great benefits including: Quick advancement in pay and positions, health insurance including short and long term disability, vision and eye insurance, PTO/STO accrual, phone service, tuition reimbursement program, local community engagement with charities in EACH of our sites across the US, (we are many) amazing managerial support and team atmosphere.

Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to say. If I ever do disagree or have strong opinions- I am completely comfortable approaching my Supervisor to discuss and resolve.
