      Competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and ability to find the right schedule fit.

      Cons

      They do not value their employees at all. They treat them as seat warmers and do not care if they stay or go. Overly strict attendance policy with no flexibility on emergency situations.

      OT is the only good thing here

      Do not work here. They fire about 4-5 people a day. I had a training class off 100 people when I started and when I left a year later only 3 remained. There are so many promotions because they fire so many people. Attendance policy is way too strict. Monthly Bonus can be lost in the blink of an eye. They punish you for calling out by forcing you to use your PTO. I was written up because i needed to go to the bathroom and clean up my bloody nose. They will suspend you for walking to the bathroom and sending a quick text. If you like to be micro managed then go here. If not stay far away. P.S. they like to fire people before a milestone bonus.
