Pros

-Great OT incentive -Good pay -Monthly Bonuses

Cons

-You do three jobs in one (Billing, Tech Support and Sales) but dont get compensated as such. -Not very flexible on the schedules as they say they are. -Have very strict criteria in order to get a monthly sales bonus.

Pros

The is not Rocket science. Easy job to do.

Cons

One of the worst training programs I've ever attended. The attendance policy for new hires is a joke. I missed 3 hours at the end of my shift at the end of my 2nd week due to a serious family issue and was fired that following Monday even though I had great stats and showed great promise. Run don't walk from this foul company. It is not worth your time.
